    2. This one has some major editing issues ~ like the word "okay" in Chapters 4 & 5 but since this is the last of a compilation of novellas (Title: A Duke's Heart for Christmas) free from (via Love Light Faith) that I have started with this author, I think I will let her get away with it this time. 3. I submitted my review after reading this book as a bonus within the "Unexpected Earl".Two star crossed lovers, one overcoming grief from the death of her fiancée, and not looking for love, the other , a Duke's heir, sick of being pursued by women with an eye b on wealth and privileged rank, rather than love of him.

    4. This is a short book. It's clean, which is always a plus. The characters are cute and the story is as well. I think there is a lot of story that the reader could experience instead of being told, which gives this book the potential of being a full length story. I recommend this book if you have a bit of time and want to fill it with a light read that doesn't delve deep.

    5. Sweet, clean Romance that I enjoyed. The story was good, and would have benefited from being longer to give some more depth, felt rushed, but overall it was good. I'm not a huge fan of the while we met yesterday and I'm in love so let's get engaged now. I like to see the romance develop over a more realistic time, connection, and depth, but that's sadly the way it goes with many short stories.

    6. FrustratingFor the most part the storylines were good. However some were too simplistic, not true to life and much of the editing was very poorly done, the author didn't take the time for the story to grow and develop.
