    1. New characters are introduced as some of the Markson Grove crew move on to college. This new crew is just as dramatic though! They will keep you turning the pages to see what's coming next. You're still left wanting more at the end of the book because you need to know what's going to happen to these characters.

    2. It’s like we are two natural disasters crashing into one another with no remorse for what we destroy along the way. Nothing can stop us, nothing can slow us down…not until it’s too late. That’s what it feels like to be with him.Things I learned with this book:Love isn't always enough.Everyone at some point in our lives need help, we need someone to love us in the right way.Forever is not always "Forever".Respect also means love.Appreciate people for what they are. Inside and outside.Love [...]

    3. While this is the second book in the series it almost felt more like a spin off with its own characters while also bringing back old favorites for the occasional cameo or mention. I think that was the best approach for the novel.Amy Vanessa Miller builds a new world into her Markson Grove universe and allows it to breath on its own while still allowing for updates on the people we loved from Keep From Falling. The new additions to the world take us through a roller-coaster of emotions as you wat [...]

    5. When I started reading this novel I was going though a rough patch with my second love (books), I wasn't able to hold my attention long enough to finish a chapter, but that changed the moment I started reading Say When, I found myself sneaking in chapters at 2 in the morning. My heart went out to the characters in the novel,The first time I met Oliver Paxton I wasn't very fond of him but as his story went on I started to empathize with him, one of the scenes in the novel had me furious with him, [...]

    6. We return to Markson Grove to visit some new characters, and we get to see some that we already love make an appearance in this second installment! Despite being part of a series, this book reads just fine as a standalone.I enjoyed all of the twists and turns as I followed these characters throughout their ordeals. Sometimes I wanted to smack some sense into some of them, I was so invested I their stories and there were so many ups and downs! These characters have tons of flaws and they made me [...]

    10. Another awesome read by Amy Vanessa Miller. I love her books! I love how her books grab you and are impossible to put down! The writing just flows and captures you. I like that she makes you love and hate the characters and makes you want more. Very modern story with very likeable characters. I can't wait to read more from Amy! Both of her books deserve 5 stars for sure!

    11. ***4.5 Angsty Stars***I was completely in love with the blurb and the cover. They were the first things that drew me to Say When. But the writing and the characters are what kept me from being able to put it down. This story was a tough one for me because I've experienced a love like Emmy and Ollie have. You can love someone so much and so deeply, but you get to a point where you're just like, something's gotta give. As much as it hurts, there's more to "Forever Love" than just love. One of my fav [...]

    12. Say When is an enthralling and addictive story that will take you on an emotional roller coaster. I absolutely devoured this book. This isn't your typical romance. This isn't your typical college love story. This is more. So much more. Ollie and Emmy have been each other's everything their entire lives. Promising forever when most people are declaring their devotion to a celebrity, both Ollie and Emmy are completely wrapped up and consumed with each other. Their relationship is noticeably unhealt [...]

    13. The second book in the Markson Grove series keeps everything I loved about the first book: diversity, romance, friendship, complexity, and drama you would never expect. However, even more so than the first book, this installment has some of the best characterization of a novel I have ever seen. Miller digs deep into the psyches of her characters, finds what makes them tick, and makes readers understand their sometimes villainous or controversial actions. The book is a thought provoking, emotiona [...]
