    About Lucian Bane

    1. I m a husband and author, and I may be a little religious about both I like writing hot sex and encapsulating it in the delicate white silk of devotion, commitment, and maybe even a little psychotic obsession Lucian

    2. Just when you believe that you know and understand everything about Ruin and Isadore, Lucian Bane laughs in your face with unbelievable twists and realizations. I was so excited about the third installment of Ruin and Isadore's story, but I was NOT prepared for where it was going to take me. I won't give ANYTHING away, but you need to hold on to your mind and your heart as you read. I found my heart trying to pound itself our of my chest. This book is hot and erotic as hell, yet it is funny, hea [...]

    3. I don't usually read paranormal romance, but picked up this series because I like the author's other books. I've found, the further I get into the series, the better the books get. BUT, there are typos (I lost track of the number of times you're was used in place of your), missing details, wrong names, editorial issues - it feels like the book is being rushed into publication. While I like the characters and the storyline - I find these sorts of things to be at the top of my pet peeve list. If y [...]

    8. MehSoooooo I've been reading this "Ruin" series by Lucian Bane. You know the one, the "ineffable Dom"? What evs (rolls eyes). This guy who is supposedly a real life Dom-cum-Erotica-writer (and fyi, I'm talking the Latin word cum as in dual role, not the OTHER cum that he writes about, seemingly, incessantly).Anyway, I won't judge his entire writing career nor his personal beliefs based on this one series, but there is def something weird that's kinda wigging me out about this dude and his writin [...]

    9. O.M.G! If Ruin were a real man and not a character in a book, I'd be in love with him!I truly LOVE this series. I've never been a paranormal fan, but these books - (and Lucian Bane) - have turned me into one. This is the continuation of Ruin and Isadores journey to complete his missions and discover just what it is they are seeking. The closer they get to the end, the farther away they are from where they need to be. Izzy is her usual stubborn, defiant self in this book. She interferes when she [...]

    10. Now this is a Dom-like Para-Alpha Book Boyfriend you can really submit, commit, and profit from!! Through all Ruin's dire consequences and mysterious powers, this character really draws you in to his world and his thoughts as he fights to control his own demons and desires, yet all the while protecting his one and only soul mate and those friends who come into his sphere.Isadore is really coming into her own and finding that she really does have to ability and strength to protect herself and tho [...]

    11. This just began to get way too redundant for me!!! How can a person express love for so many things and still not understand to concepts of love? How can one know that love your touch and still feel conflicted when dealing with deeper thoughts of love. It doesn't make sense. They spent 3 books arguing back and forth about love. She wants him to love her when in all reality he doesn't quite understand the concept. And she just makes me want to jump off a bridge. Isadore is the most confusing and [...]

    12. Sometimes you read a book and you think, "That was really good! I really liked that story." Sometimes it's just OK, or even not so good. But then, every once in a while, you read a book that, as soon as you finish it, you just sit with the book in your lap and think, "WOW!!!!! That was book was amazing!". This is one of those! I couldn't just flip to the page to write a review. No, I had to stare out the window, drinking my coffee, and just ponder what I was feeling and why. This story definitel [...]

    13. Being along for Ruin's journey has beenemotional to say the least. His soul purpose is to pass judgement and execute. Isadore is his bonded half, the woman he tied himself to and wants to protect and stay with.Ruin and Isadore together carry out more of his assignments and, more often than not, she disagrees with them. In the final assignment, it may turn out to be more than either of them can bear.By far this series has consumed me from page one and to the end of this third book. I am even more [...]

    14. Love this series and want moreWow. This series keeps getting better and better. A great paranormal read and one that you will want to pick up the next book and continue. In this book Ruin and Isadore continue to learn and Ruin comes closer to finding out the answers. The chemistry between the two gets hotter and stronger. And oh the dirty dirty :) finally. You learn more about the characters and you see another side of Ruin. The way him and Isadore speak to each other will still make you laugh. [...]

    15. When it gets to the point where I really don't give a rats ass about one of the main characters and wouldn't care if they live or die, preferably die; it's time to stop reading the series. I have nicknamed Isador FWF - fuckin' waste of flesh, because I really just don't see the point of her being around. She is more detrimental to the story than helping to move it a long. So I just really don't feel like reading anymore of this series, even if the next book is the last one.

    16. Isadore and Ruin seem to be a part of some big prophecy. While executing more judgements, Ruin has to deal with his differing of opinions with Isadore especially when it comes to what they both believe is truly right and wrong. Although, they do consummate their "love" and apparently it was real earth moving and everyone who's anyone knows about it. The ending was definitely a cliffhanger and left me in suspense. What will happen between Ruin and Isadore next? >_<

    17. In book three of the Ruin series the hits and surprises just keep on coming. There's a storm brewing in the swamps and our heroes are in the middle of it. Added to the mix is Scriber, who is a fantastic character and addition to the story. I can't say enough good things about this book. I start reading it and immediately get sucked in and don't put it down to the last page is finished.
