    1. Enlightenment is equivalent to paying attention, moment after moment after moment. 149Roshi Kyle Kenneth: Meditation has nothing to do with self improvement. 2. A very good read about some remarkable women gives me hope that modern Buddhism may be flexible and able to grow enough to integrate feminism and disability perspectives. This book is a ten year old edition of a 23-year-old book, so it is a bit dated.

    3. The kind of book where I can only read small chunks at a time and then put back on the shelf for another time. At the moment I am on the chapter about Pema Choldron. It's interesting and easy to understand for those who may not be fully immersed in the Buddhist religion.
